Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our ECommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our product portfolio, from concept to launch, and ensure its profitability. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and growth of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring they align with overall business strategies
• Work with design and engineering teams to bring products to market, on time and within budget
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and adjust product strategies as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market plans and drive product awareness and adoption

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the ECommerce industry
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
